Fennel
I never appreciated the delicate taste of fennel until Cathleen started to grow it in the poly tunnel but that has changed and last year I even pickled a little to ensure a longer supply .
Tonight I made a fennel and smoked haddock risotto and both ingredients were bought from the delivery service Fynest Fish which is worth using if you live in Cowal or Lomond North.
