Oh dear

I suggested we walk through the field and down the lane at lunch and did recommend walking boots but perhaps that wasn't quite enough. 'A' seemed to get into quite a mess! 
A day of contrasts. A good training session delivered but also lots of things making me feel a bit down and largely out with my control. I try not to watch too much news but what I do see makes me very sad for the next generations.
