cont from yesterday....

Miraculously The Estate agent got us a viewing with a potential buyer.
The house is half packed up and we didnt think much of our chances of pulling it off but at 6pm he offered to match the price we were selling at. We were that relieved we offered him all our conservatory furniture (we were going to try and sell it) for nothing. He was well chuffed but we knew he had a chance of screwing us but didn't.
Faith is restored in human nature

Went out on the bike with the new shoes :-)
