Waiting for Summer

The weather got worse. Such a pain having the beach outside yet not able to enjoy it to its fullest, hence todays rather moody blip. Andy nailed the mood perfectly in todays blip. So we made the best of it and headed out to Tower Park for some bowling. After two rounds of half decent bowling I collapsed and barely managed more than 50 in the final round. I'm blaming my shoulder but that isn't really fair! After bowling we went over to Alum Chine for dinner at Vesuvio's, a favourite haunt for my family in the summer. It does amazing Italian food and has a lovely sea view, slightly marred by the rain but still pretty awesome! On return to the flat we cracked open the tequila and played a Django Unchained drinking game which soon escalated to Maddie drawing all over everyone (This seems to be a theme whenever I meet Maddie!). I may have had a mid-session nap but Dom and I powered through until sunrise.
