Loch Lubnaig

Second day in The Trossachs,. First stop of was here at Loch Lubnaig, lovely and still in the early morning calm. Had a chat with another photographer before setting off to Strathyre and The Brock Cafe for a coffee and breakfast roll.
I was a bit early i walked over to the river which had some beautifully coloured trees. After eating I carried on up the road to Balquidder where Rob Roy McGregor is buried and on to Loch Voil.
Then back to Loch Katrine and over The Dukes Pass to Aberfoyle. Last visit of the Day was Loch Arklet, dropping down to the hotel overlooking Loch Lomond and The Arrichor Hills.
It sounds as if I traveled miles but the Trossachs is very compacted so I was back at my hotel well before dark.
An exceptional day.
