Something nice to look at

An attractive panel in the gynaecology section of the maternity hospital. Getting further tests ordered by my GP , having eliminated 2 horrible things. It was like a little lunar module taking photos and collecting samples. In my womb.  It hurt an awful lot, so it was good to look a nice bird picture, though not a bird I’ve ever seen in the real world.  One nurse was holding me (down),  two others carrying out the test. They were all great, and I’m incredibly grateful to get all this care - leading up to whatever treatment I might need. But I don’t want to do that again. There was a recovery room with coffee and chocolate biscuits. I felt very cared for.  Soon ok again, and able to go up to the Oxfam shop for the afternoon.
