A trip in to Edinburgh for the private view of Euan's latest work at The Scottish Gallery in Dundas Street before it opens tomorrow. It has been over 50 years since we first met at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art in Dundee and over 40 years since he and his wife Catherine and their children left for Australia.

After the viewing we headed across the road to a Chinese restaurant and continued reminiscing with friends from those 50 years that could still make the journey into Edinburgh, until we had to go our separate ways. Once again.
