Energy

Tuesday night's exercise class was felt today! 
When I got up this morning I promised myself I would go back to bed as soon as I got home from my swim. Of course, when the time arrived, I didn't.  I never do.  But it is a luxury to know that I can sometimes. 
The sun was shining, it was warm, so what could I do but go out and play! 
I got some tidying up done in the garden. 
Off to dinner now with a big pot of lamb tagine.
