Waggons roll.....
A dry start,but it didn't last long.
This lorry in at 8am to collect some old Blackie ewes for the mart at Stirling, then just after he left then next lorry arrived in to collect the 21 Blks and 16 hefs that I've sold .
He was away just after 9am,so rounded up the staff and managed to persuade another couple of limousin bulls out the gate onto the road and along to the farm.
Left Kev and Charlie to take them out to their fields of cows while I finished off feeding all the other lots.
The weather took a decided turn for the worse with a lot of rain this afternoon.
Headed next door to help bring in a field of cows with very young calves and some that hadn't calved yet as they are now starting to make a right mess in the field.
Then back home to sort out which bulling heifers we are keeping to go to the bull, and which ones we will sell fat/ store. By tonight I was thoroughly soaked. Roll on summer ....
