Only blip I took today.  Two coffee sessions 1) 10am, monthly meet up with "netball girls";  2) 11.30 weekly brother and sister.  
1pm Pilates
2.30 Annual check up with nurse 
4.00 in person appointment with doctor re painful ear and throat
