With lots of showers forecast for the day I took advantage of the first brighter spell to take Poppy for a walk. We were almost back when the rain started.

I could see the sky clearing early in the afternoon so drove to Knaresborough for a blip wander. I’d just parked when it started raining. I sat in the car for a while until I thought the heaviest had passed. I did have my old waterproof jacket and decided it wasn’t worth bothering with the big camera so just used my phone.

First around the castle then down to the river and back up by the station. A shorter circuit than I planned.
