Serenity.

Well on my way to Aberdeen tonight The Montrose Basin was looking nice with the high tide in and the suns rays pouring rays through the cloud it made for a serene view on a lovely night before the rain set in on the way back south from Aberdeen late, I had a lovely chat earlier in the day and got myself a new battery for my Samsung Galaxy S II as the other one is about done when trying to charge it anyway one more shift and off for a week so it will be nice to chill out for a few days hopefully in 13 days the hospital will give me the go ahead for resuming driving my car and train although my railway medical is scheduled for the 5th of July but by then I hope to be able to be back driving my car on the 27th with a bit of luck 18 days on the CPAP machine now averaging 8.2 hours a night so far so good and the other benefit I have found was that before I was on the CPAP machine I always felt like I had cogs in my head constantly spinning as I could not clear my mind of useless stuff spinning around in there but now for the fact I get into full REM sleep now I have nothing going around and that pleases me no end so another good reason to be happy right now as well anyway movie for the day is "SERENITY 2005"
