8am Run

I took myself off to one of the beaches and loved running on the beach..
It was a  wonderful start to the day.. weather and good for sone head sorting.
Hoping to go to parkrun...  Need the rain.to hold off!!!! missed it last few weeks been cancelled due to weather.
Met.my college friend Dawn for breakfast and coffee, shes recovering from an operation..
Then I headed back home around 1pm... I find I have to go  out everyday!!  because 4 30 dark .and  long evenings and cabin.fever  set in.. Should make most of these days before I start in New Hospital..
