A restful day

Callum home today (I’d better get used to that I suppose!!)
So we started the day in our usual way with coffee and toast.
He walked Honey while I got on with some admin, and I walked them both after their dinner tonight just round the block.
I knew what my blip was going to be last night as I had noticed that the flowers Nicoiseannie and I arranged on Monday were going crispy in some places.
The cosmos are still fine and so I took a picture of them this morning as I thought it would work well against the edge of the picture frame.
This afternoon I took out the dying ones and salvaged what I could. To be fair she did say on Monday that they were at the tail end of the season.
