Did you hear about......

An excellent evening last night with our friends.  The dentist this morning was gentle with us until it came to pay the bill, and we then set off for the drive up north.  A typical Friday night on the M6; the 180 mile journey took nearly five hours with lots of rain and lots of standing still.  Now in Lancashire and getting myself outside a welcome beer.

I have no regrets about moving away from MK but it's always good to come back to visit.  This sculpture is well known to residents and I've always loved it; it's right outside the public library.
