An extra shift for us at foodbank, as we were seeing a person who came to visit re a grant we have applied for. Hopefully that went as well as these things can. Foodbank was eerily quiet - apparently lots of the extra payments have been made to those of our clients on Universal. Credit. 
From foodbank we went to the tip to get rid of the card. Trip home to pickup all of the things for the youngsters to take part in a shoebox packing party for OCC next week so back to church with a laden car. Trip to try to buy more Christmas cake for foodbank (unsuccessful) then to Sainsburys to pick up some nappies for William(successful). Quick drop off at home then over to Portland for a walk. Eventually stopped at the newly taken over pub at the marina and saw this decoration hanging from the ceiling. Very fitting as the pub is only a few yards from the waterfront.
