Rhodo Festivities

I'm lost for a title for this silliness.
Today was the Rhodo Festival.
There was a parade and various entertainments and activities for those who wanted to be involved.
It was shocking weather, cold, wet and misty, but everyone carried on as though it was normal, which, indeed, it is.
Despite the rain I see no reason to dress up a dog (already silly) in a dinosaur covered garment.
The silliness in the extra shows a girl in the Vegie Patch making a last ditch attempt to win the window display competition, in between serving fruit and vegies.
The fact that her artistic skills are on a par with mine make it even sillier.
