Brightened but not straightened

I have such a limited editing programme for my laptop, can't straighten or do much else. Still waiting for some tuition but still never heard back yet.
Today there was hope of getting my car back, then loss of hope, then hope again. Eventually after many pitfalls over to Gilmertoun to take Luke. We did have to wait awhile for finishing touches of work on his car so I came away and left them to it. Oh dear, arrived home to realise I'd bought Lukes laptop bag with his Uni work. Thought I'd have to drive to West Linton but with much to-ing and fro-ing on the phone he came over to me. Fingers crossed his car got him home okay, I'll text him in the morning.
