With temperatures forecast to reach 30C, I got out early for a scheduled 1hr 50mins run. Ran the return leg of the Thames Path parkrun course from Gallions Hill.

Later on spent the day showing my brother and his wife around Greenwich, and then having an evening barbecue on our terrace. They are heading home to America early tomorrow.
