Too late

I've admired these flowers in the garden many times over the last week, beaded as they were in the rain, and promised myself a close-up with the drops on them.  Of course I remembered only when they had dried.

Never mind.  They're attractive enough, although Mrs B didn't know what they were – Hesperantha?
