Robin

This little Robin flew down to see me at the reservoir this morning, and as no one was about we had a little chat! I was glad to see that the Razorbill that was on the water two Saturdays ago has gone, hopefully back to the coast where it belongs. There were a couple of little grebes and one male merganser but nothing much else to see, a pleasant walk nevertheless.
Back home I was happy to see the woodpecker arrive when I filled up the bird feeder, my husband saw it yesterday too so that’s three visits this week that we have seen, hopefully it is now a regular visitor to our garden.
