Tonight I finally got round to writing out a couple of recipes for a friend who asked a couple of weeks ago, sorry M.

One of them is for Dave's mam's creamed leeks, which are delicious.

The other is for these cookies. They're just simple cookies out of the Be-Ro book, but she enjoyed them... I could have claimed them as my own. I'm just too honest. You can't beat Be-Ro recipes.
