Proud of my boy!

We all attended the Tontine Hotel tonight for First Touch Football presentation, including my mum and my in-laws. It was lovely night .
The club is lucky to have a professional photographer as one of the parents and over the years has taken thousands of fantastic pictures of the kids.
Following a meal we watched a slide show of the pictures and a presentation. The photos were amazing, you could see the boys changing and growing up in the pictures over the years.
Extremely proud of my boys. E won coaches player of the year, he was beaming from ear to ear. Both Nana May and Gran sat greetin in the corner, so chuffed for their grandson - the golden child!!
E has been playing with the club for the past 4 years and its time to move on. They are a brilliant bunch of kids, extremely funny when they get together.
Exactly 1 year ago to the day we all sat together in the Tontine for my Dads funeral. A few tears - again from me, bucket loads lately!
When I think back I also attended a friends retirement do the next evening.
Oh how things change in the blink of an eye and time passes by so quickly.
