Sunrise over Kuta Mandalika

Got up early to go for a run from our hotel and into the nearby village (largely retracing our walk yesterday). Despite the early start, it was still very hot and humid (not surprisingly as we are just south of the equator - about 27C by the time I finished). Saw another western runner, apparently from a hotel nextdoor to our' - we must both be bonkers!

Otherwise spent a lazy day by the pool. Helen had a massage, which she really liked.
