Featherbed

Today's main even was a chilly, grey hike up the south face of Cadillac. This view is looking back towards the "featherbed" about halfway to the summit. There were some of the most shockingly red berries along the pond, which you can see even from the distance at which I took this photo. Not sure what made that particular bush so vibrant, but it was impressive.
