1978 Tuesday — A Gift

This letter explains one fabulous moment that happened when we were up to our eyeballs working with Jr. High kids at our church. There were moments when a hundred kids were involved in the Sunday evening youth program and 30 to 35 kids would come to Bible Rap on Tuesday nights at our house.

The letter mentions Tim Coop; he was the senior pastor at our church and was also a very special friend. He was the guy who agreed to do our 10th anniversary vow renewal and that anniversary caused our lives to do a complete U-turn.

This letter was during the time that Mr. Fun was a fulltime college student and it was long before I entered college and ultimately became a professor.
