London

Two cities in 2 days. Today, Chris and I caught the early train to London.  We had a great day and the weather was lovely and very warm for the time of year. We visited a bakery that was on Instagram (queuing for over 30 minutes!), went to Neale's Yard, Covent Garden and the National Opera House (free to visit and beautiful inside - we saw Duncan from Blue in there), and then we caught the Uber boat to Battersea (highly recommended) where we had lunch and did some window shopping. Finally, we walked to the land train and went back across the Thames and walked to Kensington Park where we hired bikes to cycle to the Diana statue.  Sadly, we were about 10 minutes too late to be allowed in to see it as they were just closing. Exhausted, we caught the Tube back to Kings Cross and travelled home.  I love visiting London as each trip is so different.
