Fireworks in the park

Yesterday it poured with rain all day which was a shame as there was a firework display in Cae Glas Park plus music, food etc. It was free but donations to charity.

By evening the rain had become lighter but the park was apparently very muddy. Nevertheless, the show went on.

As F lives near the park, we stood by his porch, under an umbrella and watched the fireworks from there.

It was a great display and I took lots of photos in the hope of getting a couple of decent ones. This one of silver stars breaking over the trees was my favourite.
