Woodland walk

Richard and I picked Eben up this morning for a quick visit and drum practice: we are still caretaking his drumkit, for the moment. Eben showed me how to slow songs down on YouTube - as suggested by his drum teacher - and he then played along to Metallica's 'Sad but True' turned up to 11 :-)

Later, Val and I had a quick walk in Ecclesall Woods, where the autumn colours are still looking vivid, though I think this can't last much longer.

I last blipped this favourite tree trunk when it was surrounded with bluebells. I love its mossy spiral pattern.
