Cats and friends

A full on day including baking bread and preparing a pudding for this evening. Later on to Salen Charities Fayre where CP had a couple tables to sell tickets for the first raffle of the season, also a tombola, a first for me as well selling as Christmas cards and so on. It was good to see this lovely event well supported by the community, I couldn’t stop smiling. Good weather helped with the turn out, happy people made the atmosphere.

And later to meet up with friends to celebrate T’s birthday. The meal was excellent including local lobster and lamb. Everyone contributed food, I can’t think of where we could have eaten a better meal on the island, or in better surrounding.
