Castle Crag

A perfect autumn day in the Lakes. We decided to take the bus to Seatoller ( The wettest place in England, but dry today! ) there was a problem with the buses today because a couple of drivers were off sick and there's  a general shortage anyway.
We walked back to Grange by way of Castle Crag the smallest Wainwright but one of AW's favourites apparently.
In Grange we waited for the78 bus for ages but it didn't arrive. Eventually after we had had a cup of tea at the cafe, one did arrive so we got back to Keswick alright but it does rather put you off public transport.
The photo shows Castle Crag from the footpath. The light and the autumn colours were really beautiful today.
