This father and son duo have completed 1006 laps of the island so far this year!  They had a goal; to beat the 505 laps in a year set by ND.  The young fella beat that record today and his dad swam his 500th lap of the year. Call it as you will, an addiction, an obsession, an inspiration, either way it is phenomenal. 
It was a mighty lap today, massive rollers and a big swell.
