Coconut Chaos

Swim #51 with C and V.
Cold and grey again.
Breakfast with mam and P at The Beach House.
A Morrisons big shop.
Mam and P headed home.
A potter - repotted some house plants, swept some leaves, said no to something, tried to make a Yotam Ottolenghi coconut caramel cake out of the paper.
Coconut chaos ensued. A hammer, a burnt pan, a fairly tasty cake with what looked like flappy coconut coleslaw on top, more washing up than you can imagine. Could do better. 
A school job.
