Ullapool

After a much too short visit with N and G we headed back to the Aberdeen area. We took the opportunity to see the Ullapool Harbour under sunshine before we started the journey. Even under the horrendous conditions we encountered on Saturday on the detour we could see that we were passing through magnificent scenery. Given that the sun was shining we decided to go off at the point we had to start the detour and repeat the first 30 miles as far as the point where we could see Glen Docherty and Loch Maree. It was well worth the extra miles. (See extra).
