Leaving Aberdeenshire

We were very sad to leave Aberdeenshire where we had had a very special time. We headed off to Linlithgow, near Edinburgh. It was another difficult driving day and we kept off the motorways as mush as possible. We drove through Stonehaven and the seas were still very rough after Storm Babet. The waves had picked up many, many stones from the beach and dumped them on the road.It was an extraordinary sight.
