Streaky window.

This is the photo that gave me first place.  It was taken at the Marina Cafe, Maryport on what was a rainy and cold day.  Obviously this is a back Blip, but  I was asked if I could Blip it.  May be a 'marmite' photo-like or hate it-something different from me.
