3 hours

This morning was fine but from lunchtime, for approximately 3 hours, my well-planned afternoon just went to pieces. I'll not bother you with the details but just about everything went a bit wrong and I ran out of time despite having loads to start with.

Relief at making my hospital appointment on time then swiftly dissipated as my consultation was a bit bewildering and frustrating. I did my best to keep calm but was struggling. I finally managed to talk to a nurse who was very understanding and helped.

I'm now I'm back home with a sore head but at least it's all over.
