The Light Fantastic

It's been a cold wet and windy day and I have been working hard, so I'm afraid here's one I made earlier  - yesterday in fact when we had a yomp on Clonakilty Strand. A bit of light amongst the downpours and rainbows and general blustery goings-on. I was impressed with this surfer for he disembarked from his van, went down to the sand and ran across the whole beach, with board, before throwing himself into the quite considerable waves.  
For light relief, we've been watching a programme now on RTE about the RNLI. What a heroic job those volunteers do and what extraordinary situation people get themselves into!
