Monday Morning Blues

A good day in Glasgow.

LauraMuir met us at our hotel this morning and made our way to & through the Peoples' Palace. It must have been over 30 years since I last visited and I enjoyed going back in time.

We then wandered back along the Clyde (where I went rowing with the school) and to Rab Ha's for a tasty and filling lunch.

Laura then headed west and we went to hotel for short rest before heading out - T wanted to get a new phone and look at cameras.

We then met A for dinner- she suggested Mowgli, a chain which sells Indian street-inspired food. We shared a number of very tasty dishes.

Last night's concert was very good- Natalie Merchant has a wonderful voice and was on good form. She departed from planned set list to sing a Jean Redpath song and a snippet of another by Dick Gsughan.
