A spiky affair

Each Spring Dr D aerates our lawn with this superb aerating roller which he tows behind the ride on mower.
The job done yesterday and Mary-Anne helped him roll it back into place onto the pallet and then cover it with the tarpaulin covered frame he made to protect it where it resides under the trees next to our very large wood piles.
You can see M-A and Dr D cleaning up its teeth before putting it to rest for another year : ))
The extra shows the beautiful Spring growth in the garden and Rosa "My Mum" blooming enthusiastically.
