By The Light Of A Counterfeit Moon

Today's shot is quite deceptive as it looks like it was taken at dusk just as the moon appeared but it was actually captured in the middle of a bright early afternoon through the fading stalks of a lavender shrub just as a cloud passed overhead. The 'moon' is actually a little globe of light that appeared as a ray of sun glanced a nearby street light.
