Roedden ni'n disgwyl gwestai yn y prynhawn - Glenys - ffrind Nor'dzin o Sefydliad y Merched, felly gwnes i bobi fflapjac mawr i'w rhannu.

Roedd Glenys yn ymweld â ni i ffurfweddu e-bost Sefydliad y Merched ar ei chyfrifiadur hi. Roedd cwpl o ffyrdd posibl i wneud y gwaith ac yn ffodus dewisodd hi'r dull syml.  Roedd hynny'n dda oherwydd dydw i ddim yn dda gyda phethau cymhleth ar Windows. Roedd Glenys arfer gwaith gyda chyfrifiaduron pan roedden nhw'n defnyddio falfiau amser hir yn ôl. Roedden ni mwynhau'r siawns i sgwrsio am gyfrifiaduron - a phethau eraill hefyd.

Mae Glenys yn wyth deg un flwydd oed ac yn ffit ac iachus iawn. Rydw i'n gobeithio i fod mor ffit â hi mewn pymtheg o flynyddoedd.

We were expecting a guest in the afternoon - Glenys - Nor'dzin's friend from the Women's Institute, so I baked a big flapjack to share.

Glenys was visiting us to configure the Women's Institute email on her computer. There were a couple of possible ways to do the job and luckily she chose the simple method. That was good because I'm not good with complicated things on Windows. Glenys used to work with computers when they used valves a long time ago. We enjoyed the chance to chat about computers - and other things too.

Glenys is eighty one years old and very fit and healthy. I hope to be as fit as her in fifteen years.
