The Steps up to Market Terrace…

I snapped this as I passed on my way to get my decaf iced latte at M&S. The sun was shining and the water in the marina was like glass. By the time I’d had breakfast there was torrential rain with rivers running down the gutters. I spent time browsing M&S clothes but managed to get out without spending any money. But the rain didn’t stop. 
If I had been brave and crossed the road to photograph the harbour I would have got even wetter from passing vehicles splashing me. So you have these grand steps designed by my favourite architect, John Wilson.
