Dainty and Dangerous

These tiny wee flowers are clustered thickly on long stems and until I looked at them through the macro I hadn’t realised how lovely they are. 
Scattered through the flowers are very sharp thorns which I only discovered when I tried to pick a little bit to take home, as you do ; )

Karen is going to take Ruby back to Melbourne with her which is probably the best outcome.  She lives on a farm in outer Melbourne and breeds dogs and goats and has various other animals so it will be a good life for Ruby.
We were looking forward to having her but it wasnt meant to be.
