Pears

There are plenty of pears on the tree this year, but how many of them we get to eat is always doubtful. The shape and height of the tree mean I can't get up to reach most of the fruit, so we tend only to get fruit which have dropped - provided they didn't get damaged in the fall and I manage to get to them before the birds and insects.

Some way to go yet, though, before then.

With only occasional access to (probably slow) internet, and no working laptop, I will probably not be posting any blips in the coming week, so I will have to back blip all my images once I get back home. It also means I won't be able to comment on others' images.
