Sun and Showers -

 - were forecast and that's exactly what we got.  Here is Mr P in the rear group of the Tuesday walking crowd - with the other slow/ injured/ recuperating walkers, not where he's used to being but at least he's out and about now because the chest pain has gone.  Excellent lunch in the White Hart in Bouth .
