Paradise apple.

A busy cooking day for me. A lime and blueberry traybake and two types of cookies:

- blood orange and chocolate chip
- cranberry and pistachio

Once a year we have to volunteer to do the “tea” at WI- I bring the cakes and my friend Jo brings the milk.

A lovely walk with the dog over the field- just with the last of the sunshine and spotted these nice looking apples still on the tree.

This week’s soup: carrot and coriander.
