I took part in my first inpatient ward "Service Quality Review" today (interesting experience, and it felt worthwhile), so I was out all day and got home after dark which meant coaxing the duckules out of the water trough where they'd settled down for the night.

Mum also had a day at work (in person), and got back after I did, so I found Harpo refusing to stop staring at the kitchen door (directly behind me here) in expectation of her return...
