A play day .

We jumped out of bed , bright and early expecting to look after Freya but there was a message from Jess to say our services were not required. Freya had spent the night coughing and is full of a cold so Jess stayed at home with her . So instead we had a long walk in the nearby woods and then I did some sewing. I thought the view from our front room looked pleasantly autumnal , I couldn’t resist taking a picture. We managed to get quite a few jobs done too .
