Oh how annoying!

I realise that seeing people living in tents on city streets this winter could cause unnecessary distress to people who are settling down in front of a glowing fire and a huge flat screen television having just eaten a lovely dinner.

So what's the solution?
Help those who are genuinely in need and prosecute the begging gangs maybe...and if they don't know which are which I would be more than happy to assist! It's pretty obvious.

Or better still ban tents and prosecute homeless charities who hand out the tents. Yes that would be a great idea!
